Separating sheep from goats

Yielding to the work of the cross begins, as what is good, right and true is separated from what is erroneous.  Little by little, the contents of the belief system that was accumulated over a lifetime is brought to light and the decision to discard becomes the believers responsibility.  Eventually, every stone is turned, the truth is known, and the life of the believer is free.

For a short time, it's natural that a sense of loss prevails, but any attempt to relieve the discomfort will be met by a wall of frustration.  

In the meantime, patience develops as spiritual maturity deepens and the fruit of the Spirit becomes apparent.
